In August 2022, NSF launches its first Industry-University Collaborative Research Center in Quantum Science: The Center for Quantum Technologies is announced by Indiana University, Purdue University and the University of Notre Dame. This center links researchers at Indiana’s four major research campuses with their counterparts at more than a dozen major corporations to pursue pre-competitive, but industry-relevant research in pursuit of advancing quantum technology for a wide range of applications.
